nuplastikk (8158) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - JAN 5, 2022
UPDATED: JAN 5, 2022 Sidepour at Troubles End. Looks great in the Tankard. Steady, creamy, white head. Great aroma, but the flavor wasn't quite what I was expecting at first. Really grew on me fast though. Crisp, with awesome smooth lager tones. Really is in better condition than any German beer you have stateside. Really nice well attenuated European malts notes. Excellent.

UPDATED: SEP 25, 2021 5L mini keg from Arrow - Mason. Best by 17.11.2021. Shared with friends. Was fun to declare 'I'm limiting myself to just one tonight' as I slammed this 13lb beast on the counter. It proceeded to fill the top part up with foam when we vented it. Worth it. Straw, white toast, nice bit of grassy herbiness. Light to moderate sweet, nice lighter bitterness as well, great balance of taste. Lighter to medium body, nice kinda creamy feel to it, lightly dry finish. Nice longer peppery hoppy bready pils malt aftertaste. Very satisfying German pils. Had to pry the top plastic bit out with a screwdriver and invert the thing to get at the last half-pint, but the fact that I bothered says something.

Lore (5131) - Budapest, HUNGARY - AUG 27, 2021
UPDATED: AUG 27, 2021 0.33 l bottle - gift from a colleague; many thanks, Janice! clear golden colour, medium sized dense white head; aroma of grainy, fresh cut grassy, hay, herbal, slight citrusy and green vegetable notes; taste of grainy-bread crusty, herbal hoppy and slight metallic notes; good plisener!

brexitgiftshop (77) - GERMANY - AUG 23, 2021
UPDATED: AUG 23, 2021 Nice pale gold colour, decent head. Sweet and light hoppiness to the nose. Summery. Crisp, slightly sweet Pilsner, refreshing, nice bitter notes fading to grapefruity tartness on the tongue and upper palate. Nothing spectacular but eminently drinkable! A light and clean-tasting beer that goes down well despite its 5.1% ABV.. Medium mouthfeel. Mild carbonation. Not surprising it's a popular Pils in Germany. Great retro bottle design. 330ml Bottle.
