Appearance is lightly hazy, piss yellow with tons of sparkle, finger-width white foamy head with excellent retention and tons of soapy lacing. Aroma is nondescript fruit salad. Taste is sweet nondescript fruit salad with offsetting strong bitterness. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and dry, crisp, mostly bitter finish. Overall, a really nice look but the aroma and taste are fairly weak and the dominant feature of the brew is bitterness.
