UPDATED: JAN 8, 2022 Fresh/wet hop beer so figured I’d drink it first!
Sailors Grave In the Rip 4.5%
Wet Hop Belgian Pale Ale
Matte brass with dense foam that has huge bubbles. Nice fragrant lemongrass herbal hop bouquet with soft white pepper Belgian spice. Medium bodied with a crisp finish, effervescent brew with sharp Belgian spice notes and soft hop elements. Reminds me of some KBC brews I’ve had.
UPDATED: MAY 1, 2021 Can. Deep gold with a large white head that laces very well. Funky earthy aroma with some grain, spices, bread. Maybe a little banana. Pretty much how it tastes too - grainy, not all that fruity with bitterness that builds a little and a decisively dry finish. Good.
