Bottle. Pours golden amber. Aroma and flavor doughy and caramel malts, piney and floral hops, a little harsh, and a rough musty note. Medium body.

UPDATED: MAY 22, 2018 I usually do not like IPA's but this beer was different. Yes it was bitter, but had enough citrus and other flavors to more than compensate for it. Should be really good with German sausage, potato salad, and sour kraut.

ttoadee (3175) - Austin, Texas, USA - APR 9, 2018
Clear dark golden pour, finger plus of buff head. Nose, muted by head, is medium citrus and wood. Middle is carmelized malt, a splash of tropical fruit, pine. Finish is a warm bitterness, decent length.

tompete (436) - Tillsonburg, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 29, 2018
Pours a crystal clear reddish gold with a small off white head. Aroma is sweet and caramel. Flavour is very simple, just malt and bitter but clean. Body is refreshingly light for a dipa. Finish is slightly fruity but quite bitter.

Pours from can a very attractive clear amber with white foam head that lingers for quite a while. The nose is subtle, but the classic IPA aroma of citrus and pine is there (but faint). Taste is some caramel and grapefruit and a lot of bitter hops. This is a really heavy beer - a little too thick/ syrupy for me. It’s ok. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

berkshirejohn (8771) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - JAN 10, 2018
12oz bottle from Wegman's, West Seneca. An attractive golden amber pour with a trace of cream head; malty aroma with some grapefruit in the background; lip smacking hops in the mouth, both fruity and resinous, but nicely balanced by the sweet malts; and a long bittersweet finish. A rather grown-up, mellow DIPA.
