COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mr Pineapple was conceived for SanTan Brewing Company’s annual Luau day here in Downtown Chandler. Fresh pineapple is added to our Wheat beer during fermentation to add a refreshing tropical flavor to an already sweet and fruity ale! The pineapple is balanced with a firm malt character and a slightly spiced hint of clove. Mr. Pineapple is highly carbonated to make it a quenching and refreshing ale for our warm Arizona climate.

Canned. Thank you Jacob and Peter for the state tick! Orange and hazy with a foamy white head that soon dissipates. Aroma somewhat in the direction of a Weizen with the wheat and banana overtones. Noticeable pineapple in the background. Taste is both sweet and tart, full of banana, pineapple syrup and yeasty white bread. Body is medium, well carbonated at the outset, although this soon fades. An odd one but interesting and refreshing on a hot summer day.

Can shared at game night.Actual real-tasting pineapple juice with unfortunate underlying corny malts, no tartness or acidity to balance things out. I didn't really care for it.

Aggiebob (3426) - Huntsville, Alabama, USA - JAN 10, 2018
UPDATED: JAN 10, 2018 Draft. It poured an orange gold with a white head. The aroma is tropical fruit with a pineapple juice and orange flavor. It has a slight off taste on the back end.

355ml can. A lightly hazy golden beer with a small rocky white cap that struggles to last. The nose is wheaty with mild pineapple. Flavours are sweet, apples, wheat, pineapple. Wheaty finish with light pineapple fruit. Kind of a miss for me.

VastActiv (12835) - Oulu/Helsinki, FINLAND - OCT 14, 2017
Can at home, Nivala. Color is cloudy slightly murky orange with very small white head. Aromas and flavors: Sweetness, tropical fruits, pineapple, some wheat and malts. Flat and boring. Mixture between pineapple juice and beer doesn't work. Not much beer elements.

dmac (6644) - Toms River, New Jersey, USA - OCT 12, 2017
Can shared by Joey. Poured a dull clear center surrounded by lighter outer edges, smaller to nill fizzy off white head. Aroma of pineapple, dry wax, apple skins, yeast and cradker. Flavor follows suit. Medium body with lighter fizzy carbonation and a quicker fading aftertaste.
