UPDATED: DEC 5, 2021 From bottle at home. Light unclear to hazy yellow orange color with white head. Malty, yeasty and light hoppy aroma, citrus, light bretty, floral and herbal, light hay and grass. Sweet and light bitter taste. Light thin to oily body with soft carbonation.

UPDATED: NOV 4, 2020 750 mL bottle. Clear golden with a big white head. Smells of lemon without acidity, earthy Brett, light doughy malt. Tastes of earthy brett, the slightest lemony zip, slightly sweet golden malt, and then more earthy Brett takes over and lingers in the finish. Light, a little muddled by yeast, but easy to drink. Simple and delicious.

UPDATED: AUG 9, 2020 Bottle. Clear pale yellow pour with a white head. Smells rustic, sort of like a pile of leaves on a fall day in New England. Basically an Americanized (not bastardized) Belgian Blonde Ale. Prickly carbonation chops up the huge brett and bread components. A bit one dimensional but not without merit. Average body and mouthfeel.

UPDATED: MAR 25, 2020 Santa Adairius Summer Sapling 5.7% Hazy gold with a big super foamy head and a lovely spicy herbal aroma and nice tart tannic funk. Medium to light bodied with a dry finish. The taste is tart tannic and lemony. I’d say a it’s a classic American Sour Blonde Ale. This beer really grew in me.

UPDATED: OCT 29, 2019 Sampled at Snallygaster 2019. Poured a slightly hazy yellowish orange color with a foamy white head. Aroma was nice light tartness. Some sour, slight funky notes. Nice, crispness to this one as well. Pleasant funky beer.

UPDATED: OCT 7, 2019 Easy drinking and great balance. Reminds me of a Dupont beer. Pours hazy golden with good head and lacing. Light hay, lemon balm. Tap at Toronado.

UPDATED: AUG 2, 2019 Draught at Sante Portal. Golden color, white head. Bitter taste with citrus, yeast, ripe fruits, grass and hops. Bitter finish with citrus, yeast, grass, hops, ripe fruits and minerals. Good brew.

UPDATED: JAN 11, 2019 Pours a pale straw color with total clarity and a huge white fluffy head. Pleasantly fruity and floral aroma, rosewater and tangerine. Tangy wine grape and blood orange, lemon candy, slightly grassy-metallic, super dry finish.

Bottle care of Michael, shared with some friends at Al's. Hazy straw golden with medium head. Notes of lemongrass, light pepper, minerals, brett, pineapple, oak, touch of belgian fruit and fresh cut flowers. Easy going and complex like all Sara beers. Cheers.
