UPDATED: JAN 9, 2022 From bottle. Light unclear golden color with white head. Yeasty and malty aroma, funky, citrus, some tart stone fruity notes, floral, herbal notes too, straw, wood. Sweet and acidic taste. Light to medium almost oily body with soft carbonation.

ctipping (3902) - Florida, USA - JAN 9, 2022
UPDATED: JAN 9, 2022 750 mL bottle. Clear golden with a big white head. Smells of lots of oak, light citrus, some doughy malt, earthy yeast. Tastes of a little lemon, but earthy yeast and oak take over behind it. Juniper and a flavor that is just shy of medicinal that I can't put my finger on. A complex saison with a simple description. Very nice.

PhillyCraft (11988) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 5, 2018
Bottle with Al, golden haze with medium white head and plenty of lacing. Nose was initially corny and somewhat belgiany but as it warmed that faded into herbals, florals, light minerals, cider, and hoppy pale type aromatics. Flavor was light lemons, spice, oak, and brett. Medium bodied.
