UPDATED: NOV 7, 2021 2021-11-06. Crisp yellow body, essentially headless. Aroma is mild, light cereal grains and funk. Flavour is mild, lightly sour. Average to light bodied palate, low carbonation. Bottle is a bit old, not sure if the mild overall impression is a result of age or if it's always like this. It's enjoyable but not particularly exciting. 6-7/3/7/3/14 Bottle from Gleemer Imports.

UPDATED: OCT 1, 2021 330ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Sep 21. Brought by me. Murky, misty gold appearance, barely discernible ring of thin bubbles atop. Lovely fresh citrussy nose. Taste is super fresh, zesty, lemony with mild cidery moments and distant sherbet notes. Great berliner.

UPDATED: JUL 2, 2021 33cl Bottle @ Beyond Beer, Hamburg, Germany. Hazy amber colour with a thin white head. Aroma is brett, citrus, hints of vinegar. Taste is brett, citrus, tart, hints of vinegar and apples. Light body, moderate carbonation.

UPDATED: DEC 16, 2020 Bottle @Beershoppe (Rome). Gialla acida, leggermente torbida, schiuma bianca media. Naso sporco, formaggio, stalla, leggero citrico. In bocca ha una acidità spiccata ma non invasiva, mantiene una buona beva, si lascia apprezzare. Corpo esile, carbonazione media. Non male.

UPDATED: DEC 13, 2020 Taster at gfs place courtesy of Sander, big thanks. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells bit funky, lactic, stone fruits, peppery, light sweetness. nice smell. light body, prickly carbonation. tastes citric, flowery, grassy, herbal, lightly lactic, light berry notes, lightly herbal. finishes dry, prickly and subtly sour with notes of citrus, grass and lactic notes. quite nice one, good balance, like the prickly carbonation.
