COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pure enjoyment in a summer mood. Highest art in brewing for those who enjoy extraordinary wheat beers: "Mathilda Soleil" - the unique special edition, named after our strong-minded head of the brewery, Mathilde Schneider (in 1907 she presented Bavaria’s first wheat dopplebock). Her pioneering spirit is our claim today - thanks to this new, specially cultivated hops, this special and limited wheat beer edition brings a sparkling and unique treat. It is spicy and nutty with a sun and refreshing fruity note of apples, pears and quince and still has a dry and drinkable finish - it is the perfect drink for sunny afternoons just by itself or to

UPDATED: SEP 17, 2020 Bottle at home. Clear golden with off-white head. Basically caramel scented and tasting water. Very light body. Some sugar syrup. 3-4 years old, wouldn't recommend anyone ageing it for that long.

weizen-slayer (678) - Passau, GERMANY - JUL 8, 2020

(Bottle) Hazy amber colour with lasting, thick, beige head. Fruity nose with notes of apricots, orange peel, bread, honey, pears, apples, banana esters and grass. Fruity taste with pears, apples, apricots, orange peel, bread, honey, clove, grass and a dryish finish with low bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Really tasty with lots of mixed fruit and a mild weizen character. Harmonious and very nice.

Bottle. Pours clear amber with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, caramel and yeast, with fruity notes and touches of spice. Sweetish taste of caramel malt and yeast, with touches of banana and hops. Dusty and estery aftertaste with malty and acidic touches. A nice one.

Bottle, 7.0%. Mild caramelly aroma. Clear grey amber colour. Small stable creamy off-white head. The flavour is caramelly and slightly spicy. Has a moderate sweetness, not sugary but nicely malty. Low bitterness. Clean and caramelly finish. Soft carbonation and mouthfeel.

Jasnożółte prawie klarowne piwo z niezłą pianą. Aromat delikatny owocowy plus rodzynki. Smak podobny wśród owoców brak bananów. Ogólnie dobry weizenbock.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a clear, deep golden with a small, white head. Discreet, malty aroma. Medium body, a dry maltiness - like overripe fruit - discreet yeastiness. Rather dry. Unimpressive. 271217

mikeyo1 (1001) - Linköping, SWEDEN - NOV 3, 2017
Bottle @ home. 2015 vintage. Cloudy deep orange color and a huge off white head. Aroma of toffee, bread, citrus, cloves, spices, raisins. Medium body, high carbonation. Taste is a bit stale with raisins, bread, toffee, spices, earth and ham. Was probably better fresh.
