COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Schöfferhofer German Wheat Beer Hefeweizen is brewed in Bavarian tradition using wheat malt. The live yeast gives bottle "conditioning" guaranteeing a refreshing fruity flavor. The yeast sediment also leads to the "cloudy" nature of the beer. Care needs to be taken when pouring. Tilt glass and pour slowly. Before pouring last quarter, roll bottle gently back and forward until sediment is dissolved.

TorbenJensen (1877) - Valby, DENMARK - NOV 15, 2021
UPDATED: NOV 15, 2021 Schöfferhofer Hefeweizen does not differ much from the amount of typical German wheat beer. It has a fine stable and lasting foam, inviting hazy golden color and a nice aroma of ripe banana and fresh grains. The taste is as expected, wheat malt, ripe banana and beyond expectation it also has a slight taste of sweet oranges, a freshness reminiscent of the aromas of clover and a faint hint of citrus in the aftertaste. It is definitely a good hefeweizen that keeps the average in a nice way.
