Condensed, fruity hoppy aroma, notes of passion fruit, mango, blueberry, orange, slightly biscuity, pale malty background, dank, resinous and piney overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, pale malty, condensed fruity hoppy, notes of orange, passion fruit, blueberry, some mango, moderate but enduring bitterness, light fruit acidic tartness; lingering, fruity hoppy finish. Slightly oily texture, smooth and soft, silky, minimally cloying and greasy palate, fine and soft carbonation. Balanced, homogeneous, condensed and intense, fair exposition of the Mosaic flavour profile - good.

UPDATED: DEC 7, 2021 Här testar jag en jävligt fin tysk Mosaic humlad Dipa. Superfruktig av mängder krossade tropiska saker.. inte för söt och tackar för fin medelbeska och lagom kolsyrad . Mycket välbalanserad frukt Dipa.
