COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
collaboration beer brewed with fullsteam brewery from durham, north carolina. sour beer brewed without hops, bittered and flavored with wild cherry bark, crimson clover, and spicebush, and fermented with our wild house mixed culture. a small addition of triticale gives the beer a lighter body, while the botanicals provide a nice herbal interplay and a very tart finish. 4.5% abv

UPDATED: OCT 17, 2020 Courtesy of Dave. Pours dark. Small gray head. Nose of wood, grass, and stuff I can not identify. Medium body. Flavor is very unusual like most beers from this brewery. But as usual good.
