UPDATED: DEC 16, 2021 --Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Hazy golden, small head. Fruity, intensely floral nose with lots of marzipan. Mid sweet with medium body and soft mouthfeel. Doughy white bread, elderflowers, orange and marzipan. Low bitterness. Gentle and pleasant.

UPDATED: NOV 8, 2020 33cl fles. Troebel geel kleur, fijne romige witte schuimkraag, die erg snel weg is. De geur is banaan en curaçaoschil. Smaak is zoet, citrus, curaçaoschil en mout. Medium body en veel koolzuur.

UPDATED: OCT 9, 2020 Hazy yellow color with lacing off-white head. Aroma has bread, yeast, wheat and earthy notes. Taste is malty sweet with long quite sweet and somewhat bitter aftertaste. Flavors of bread, yeast, wheat, spices and some fruity notes.

UPDATED: AUG 17, 2020 Bottle at The Belgian Monk Norwich. Cloudy golden beer . Spicy ester aroma. smooth in mouth some wheat cereal flavour. Decent wit beer. soft . coriander and orange flavours nailed the style. light bitterness on the finish.

UPDATED: APR 24, 2020 Bottle. A cloudy blond beer with a white head. Aroma of lemon pudding, dough, spices. All a bit Wit-like but the taste is less sweet, cleaner and hoppier. Some banana as it warms a bit. A little bitter as well as clove and white pepper spicy at the end. It's refreshing and as someone down the page says, a bit hefe meets saison.
