rosenbergh (14035) - Tampere, FINLAND - DEC 13, 2014
Draught at the Edge Brewing, Barcelona, Catalonia as Sesma Petra Tostada. 4.5%.
Clear amber colour with a small white head. Dry hops, sweet malt and nuts in the aroma. Mild dry hops, sweet malt and nuts in the flavour. Quite predictable and boring.

In short: A very dank-grassy golden pale ale. An ok beer.
How: Tap at Never Stop, San Sebastian Spain (it was called Sesma La Petraeus, I assume the same beer).
The look: Clear pale golden body topped by a persistent very small white head.
In long: The not-do-aromatic nose is grassy-resinous, oranges, dank basement, sweaty locker room. Not the brightest most vibrant aroma. Medium body and medium carbonation, standard clean session beer mouthfeel. Taste improves a little bit on the aroma. A little more cereals sweetness than I like to get from an APA. Candied oranges, candied apples, dried fruits, wet grass, resin. The wet grass flavor is particularly strong in this pale ale. Overall an adequate pale ale, tasty but not very refreshing. After a few weeks in Spain I can now tell if a Spanish person is a craftbeer drinker simply by the color of the shirt this person wears when drinking a craftbeer.

Torrefacto (1930) - Madrid, SPAIN - MAY 16, 2014

Duvelfan (139) - Getxo (Basque Country), - APR 28, 2013
