UPDATED: JAN 9, 2022 6 ounce can. Opaque black pour. Brief tan head. Big boozy malt flavor upfront. Thick, sticky mouthfeel. Notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar. Plenty of alcohol and roasty malt as well. Santa, don’t drink and drive, alright?
UPDATED: DEC 27, 2021 Pours thick black with a one finger, dark tan head. Aroma is ginger, nutmeg, roast and cinnamon. Taste is strong ginger, cinnamon, chocolate and light brown sugar, moving to nutmeg and roast. Finish is heavy ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg. Too much ginger for this to be a top imperial stout.
