L'aroma alla lingua è leggermente sul secco. Il corpo è rotondo. L'intensità gustativa è normale, con persistenza sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è di gusto semplice e asciutto. Sul palato si fermano note di frutta, pera, anice, pepe bianco, soia, kiwi e umami per un aroma delicato. VARIAZIONI Plus, bevuto caldo (A. 6. A. 3. T. 7. P. 4. O. 3.3). Il gusto al naso - aromi secondari è composto da vaniglia, fungino, anice e umami. La prima impressione di intensità in bocca è di sake deciso. L'aroma alla lingua è leggermente sul secco. Il corpo è rotondo. L'intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di pronta beva. Sul tetto della bocca finiscono sentori di riso maltato Koji, pesca bianca, gin, ananas, pepe bianco e minerale.

UPDATED: OCT 15, 2019 Bottle backlog April 2013. Clear like water with a slightly oily body. Light in aroma, slightly alcoholic with fusel, hint of yeast and almond. Nice but a bit weak. Taste is warming, mild alcohol, light rice, hint of citric fruit, yeast and rather distinct umami. Medium body and volatile aftertaste as it should be. Mild but pleasant tasting sake.

Floral white-winy mineral smell. In the mouth, oddly flat, mineral, old fruity notes (pear-apple?), light alcohol. Light sweet, average fresh dry windy, light warming background. Medium body, watery texture, flat, sweet dry strong short finish. Overall, enjoyable. First sake ; surprised : so flat, no depth, light fresh white wine mineral character.

UPDATED: DEC 31, 2018 Bottle shared by hershiser2. Clear, nearly colorless. Aroma of green apple, rice, floral notes. Taste is sweet rice, apple skins, glue, smoke. Medium bodied.

UPDATED: DEC 29, 2018 $9.99 bottle from Market Street Wine. Pours clear like water, no hint of a hue here. Aroma is rice, glue, light coconut. Flavor is booze, light rice, glue. No lingering finish. Meh.

Crystal clear like water. Faint fruity aroma. Lower intensity aroma than standard sake. Flavor follows. Slightly boring. Enjoyable still. Leaves little on the palate. Decent.

Shared bottle at RB/HD at Bjørnøy 26.01.18. Clear as water. No head. Strong aroma of peach wine gum. Worse and terrible and worse than grappa. Awful!

0,72 flaske på RBHD-samling, Bjørnøy jan-18: helt klar, nesten fargeløs og uten antydning til skum. Lys og lett aroma og smak med diskrete hint av aprikoser, grønne druer og gule epler. Mild og farlig på samme tid, siden den er nesten er som utvannet eplejuice i avslutningen.

720 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 15 to 16%. Clear and colourless, like water, no carbonation. Aroma of alcohol and steamed rice, hints of mushroom and marzipan. Alcoholic flavour, notes of rice and moonshine. Tokubetsu was a new sake style for me, and another evidence that sake is just not my thing.
