UPDATED: NOV 29, 2019 Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow with a big fizzy white head that fades to lacing. Bubbly aroma, of yeast, lime juice, spices. Taste has a ton of lime, with just a hint of the juniper and spices. Lingering zesty lime. Effervescent, super weird, but tasty. Like a gin & tonic with beer.

UPDATED: OCT 14, 2019 Can. Tart lime aroma with notes of coriander, juniper and grainy malt. Pours clear, pale golden colored with a thin, white head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with tart lime and grainy malt flavors as well as having a lively mouthfeel. Finishes dry, but crisp and refreshing with coriander and juniper berries flavors with more tart lime citrus flavors at the very end. Pretty nice brew.

UPDATED: SEP 23, 2019 Pale golden appearane with mild haze and a small white head. Aroma of toasted grain, fresh herbs, mild lime zest, light pine and light fruitiness. Similar flavor, adding mild sweetness, light acidity and a touch of bitterness. Light body with ample carbonation and a refreshing finish. Good.

UPDATED: SEP 20, 2019 Clear bright golden with a foamy thick white head. Lovely nose of sea salt and lime and a touch of pine. Tasty full flavor that’s limey and lightly minty with a touch of pine and salinity. Cool full flavor with a sharp summertime yay sweet savory citrus undertone.

hotstuff (5394) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - JUN 22, 2019
UPDATED: JUN 22, 2019 Rated on 6-21-2019. The appearance of this on tap beer is a very small off-white smooth off-white head that mostly diminished, lightly hazy pale yellow body, no carbonation observed, and one ring of lacing. The aromas are citrus, light pine, lemon, lime, sweet, and some malt. The flavor represents the aromas. The mouthfeel is smooth and this beer is light bodied. Overall, this beer is rather blah in the taste as there is not much flavor to it. This is not one of my favorite beers from this brewery and it is a beer that I am not interested in drinking again. A disappointing beer.

Bottle from Smiths. Pale gold pour with nose of lime, berries spice. Tastes of juniper, gin, spice, lime, smooth finish. OK, and kudos for the idea, but a bit of a miss in the end result.
