UPDATED: DEC 19, 2018 My Bottom Line:
This cushy nitrogenated variation on the NEIPA style develops plenty of tropical fruit on top of a green peppercorn and conifer finish.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A super creamy head of foam tops the opaque blond haze.
-Bitterness leves are minimal (for the style).
-This is as easy drinking as can be for an IPA.
-This is not just an aroma bomb; there is plenty of fruity hop flavor as well.
Siboire New England Nitrogen IPA. Murky yellow pour with creamy nitro foam. Aroma is somewhat subdued, but when you get close enough to get your first sip the tropical, citrusy, pineapple galaxy rushes into your nostrils. Taste is mildly bitter, very juicy, light dankness. Palate is creamy and smooth bodied. Tasty!
