UPDATED: JUL 23, 2018 A true german wheat made in canada. Nicely full body, with wheaty yeast flavours.

Cloudy yellow orange from the can. A little high on the style list IMO, but definitely a solid hef. Spritzer like feel, big banana and clove aroma, a touch less on the taste, but solid across the board.

2014 rating. Pours a huge frothy white head and has a hazy pale golden appearance. Thick lacing. Aromas of mild yeast, wheats and grassy hops. Flavours are mainly bready malts, some notes of bananas, yeast. Some subtle hints of spices in the mix. Fairly smooth and slick mouthfeel. Good retention. Pretty good.

Pours a bright and cloudy gold body with a very large, but short lasting frothy head. Very carbonated. Aromas of banana, yeast, cloves, and grains. Thick, wheaty body, typical of a hefeweizen. Lots of banana in the body, with it lingering in your mouth during the sweet and dry finish. A little bit of cloves too, and maybe a little bit of citrus. This is an excellent hefeweizen, and is a great change of pace from what I typically drink (IPAs and stouts).

The original side launch wheat has great colour and excellent marketing in GTA bars and restos.

At home from a can, was a gift from my boss. Classic German wheat profile, banana flavour, hint of clove, yeast in the aroma and taste. Overall a great beer and one I will buy myself to keep stocked in the ol' beer fridge

Don't get the high rating on this. Average hefe. Subdued aromas of banana and grains. Slightly sweet and tangy flavours. Banana citrus and a bit of a hop bite at the end. New Glarus dancing man wheat is way better.

Hazy yellow pour. Aromas and flavours of banana and clove. Nice hefe but I think it would have been even better if I had let it warm up a bit. Definitely drank it too fast

I read an article from a Beer magazine taken at the Cassel brewery recommending that here over a few Canadian others. It is good at first, let it warm a bit, and then the flavours hit you. Success.

Tap at Bar Hop, Toronto, 9th July 17. Pours a hazy straw colour. Aroma is yeast, citrus, banana, marzipan. Taste is clean, refreshing citrus, yeasty, marzipan. Lovely
