Oude du Blé is the Barrel-Fermented and Barrel-Aged expression of our tart Missouri Wheat Saison, Saison du Blé. Fermented in French Oak Chardonnay Barrels and then aged on the lees for more than a year before being naturally conditioned in the bottle.
