juiceisloose (3665) - Windermere, Florida, USA - OCT 3, 2021UPDATED: OCT 3, 2021 750ml bottle. Pours a mostly clear golden color and topped by a thick off white layer of foam that settles in quickly to a thin film and leaves some patches of lace on the glass. The aroma shows notes of fresh peaches, juicy stone fruit, and a touch of funk over a crisp wheat and pale malt base with further notes of old oak, light tartness, and restrained acidity. The flavor follows with the fresh peaches, tart stone fruit, and crisp wheat up front along with notes of old oak, funk, and a moderate tartness on the back end. Medium bodied with average carbonation that leads to a slightly sweet and tart peach, stone fruit, and old oak on the finish with some lingering funk and tartness. The acidity is very restrained in this which is much different from the others I’ve had in this du Fermier series. Really nice stuff here and great peach flavor.

Stoned99 (2439) - Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 30, 2019UPDATED: MAY 30, 2019 750ml bottle shared with brother, blend 2. Thanks for the share Guillaume. Aroma: tart funk, peaches, other citrus, fresh hay, leather. App: cloudy orange, small white head leaving thick lacing. Taste and palate: medium body, heavy carbonation, lots of peaches, moderate high acidity finish. Overall: quite good. Carbonation and acidity is quite heavy though. Would probably like both to be toned down a bit. Besides that, it's excellent!
