JorisPPattyn (12750) - Wilrijk, BELGIUM - AUG 8, 2021
UPDATED: AUG 8, 2021 Golden beer, clear, with a small white rim. Solvent, putty, apricot, peach. Sour, lactic and acetic acid, again some solvent, plywood. Burning MF, tart and sharp; low carbonation. Not a success, this particular experiment.

PhillyCraft (11988) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 18, 2019
UPDATED: JUN 18, 2019 Bottle, hazy golden with a smaller white head that faded to a ring. Not much lace. Nose and flavor are lactic lemon, stone fruit, oak, acidic funk, and apples. Lighter bodied with a tart and sour finish. Maybe a touch sharp but still enjoyable overall.

UPDATED: MAY 27, 2019 Bottle from Side Project. Absolutely stunning golden color with a lacy white head. Aroma is very bright and appealing with big honey and floral notes and a touch of barnyard. The flavor brings together lots of different notes into a subtle but complex flavor profile. Notes of a saison and a wild ale, with a touch of sweetness as well. Nice stone fruits, honey, funk. Medium-bodied, extremely crisp, clean, and lively. Really strong all-around beer, and this is from someone who thinks St. Louis is a dump and would love to rate this lower.

UPDATED: DEC 19, 2018 Somewhat hazy golden color. White grape, apricot, funk, and peach. Tart and grows bracingly sour over time. Lively and light bodied with a lingering finish.

jbruner (8524) - Lakewood, California, USA - JUN 8, 2018
UPDATED: JUN 8, 2018 Pours a hazy golden yellow from the bottle with fluffy white head that dissipates to leave light lace. Aroma of huge stone fruit acidity up front, musty oak, a touch of vanilla sweetness from the wine, then a great barnyard funk and peppery earth to finish. Taste follows, complex and amazing, almost to the level of a Belgian lambic. Very nice, and the age may even be making it better.

750ml bottle pours a clear orange, oily, very little white head. Sweaty nose, grapefruit, salty, some cider notes, white wine vinegar. Flavor is big with grapefruit, orange too, white wine vinegar, a little sake/rice wine vinegar. Tart finish, very solid. Possible this is just starting to be on the way out.

Pours cloudy golden with low white head. Aroma of grass, green grapes, cracked garden branches, kiwi, gooseberries, light citrus. Taste is crisp and refreshing tart, a slight stickiness to it, mellow fruit and berries coming through in the finish. Light and crisp body with soft carbonation.

bytemesis (13152) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - OCT 22, 2017
Bottle. Pours slighlty hazy golden, little floaties, small white head and some lacing. Aroma is oaky and tannic, white wine, some stonefruit, lemon peel, bretty funk. Flavor is quite tart, light plus funk loads of bright citrus lemony lactic notes, oak and white wine barrel. Light plus body. A bit over the top on acidity. Otherwise solid.
