tastycan (15) - Singapore, SINGAPORE - MAY 23, 2021UPDATED: MAY 23, 2021 Tastes like fresh off the line.
I had no idea what a hop bullet could taste like but after this I see that really big advantage to have such fresh extraction of the hop character. It's like a bouquet of sweet citrus (from the malt and is it cascade or amarillo?) plus a knock of pine with very little bitterness compared to what I'm used to with the original Sierra Nevada.
The only reason why I don't rate this as four or higher is my own preference for lower ABV. If they could do a double IPA with 5%, that would be amazing...
And then i could drink more of it, faster!
Larry_Duffman (1031) - - MAY 5, 2021UPDATED: MAY 5, 2021 I poured it from the bottle into a shaker. It pours a light amber with a white head and lacing. The aroma is intensely hoppy and floral with some grain. The taste is earthy and bitter hops with some lemon and grapefruit. This is very flavorful. There's a nice lingering hop bite at the end. This is a good one.
