COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hops are the name of the game with a Double IPA, but we knew we had to take it one step further. With Hop Bullet, we’re using a new technique, hitting the beer with a double-barreled blast of Magnum hops and lupulin dust—pure, concentrated hop flavor—directly into the tank to emphasize the intense pine and citrus flavors of classic West Coast hops.

brokensail (18691) - Bay Area, California, USA - JUL 14, 2021
UPDATED: JUL 14, 2021 Beer Camp on Tour 2017. Clear golden beer with a white head. Typical, old school, west coast double IPA. Big pine and resinous hop character. Plenty of grapefruit. Some herbal notes as well. Maybe a touch of booze? Some sweet bready malt and a touch of toffee. A hint of dried pineapple in the background.

tastycan (15) - Singapore, SINGAPORE - MAY 23, 2021
UPDATED: MAY 23, 2021 Tastes like fresh off the line. I had no idea what a hop bullet could taste like but after this I see that really big advantage to have such fresh extraction of the hop character. It's like a bouquet of sweet citrus (from the malt and is it cascade or amarillo?) plus a knock of pine with very little bitterness compared to what I'm used to with the original Sierra Nevada. The only reason why I don't rate this as four or higher is my own preference for lower ABV. If they could do a double IPA with 5%, that would be amazing... And then i could drink more of it, faster!

UPDATED: MAY 5, 2021 I poured it from the bottle into a shaker. It pours a light amber with a white head and lacing. The aroma is intensely hoppy and floral with some grain. The taste is earthy and bitter hops with some lemon and grapefruit. This is very flavorful. There's a nice lingering hop bite at the end. This is a good one.

Palidor19 (3219) - Brandon, Florida, USA - APR 11, 2021
UPDATED: APR 11, 2021 Clean looking head with a foam that remains. Clean but bitter taste, mildly yeast. Harsh bite at from but remains consistent all the way. What a DIPA should be
