COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This German-style Dunkelweizen can be considered a cross between a German-style dunkel and a hefeweizen. Brewed with Pilsner, Wheat & Dark Malts, lightly hopped in the kettle with Noble German Hops, fermented with our hefeweizen strain.
UPDATED: JAN 10, 2022 Draft at the brewpub. Muddy brown but thin-looking. Wispy head.
Very sweet, malty character. Guess I didn't see this was a D-Weizen.
Very light in body, too. (#8152, 1/2022)
