UPDATED: FEB 2, 2021 Well stored bottle. Clear amber body under a small off-white head. Nice aroma with malt, dry fruit, oak, red berries and acidity. Taste has a fine balance between sweet and sour, its malty, dry fruit, wood, sour berries and vinous alcohol. Fine body and long lasting aftertaste, ending with a smooth, warming alcoholic finish. Nice.

UPDATED: FEB 16, 2020 375ml bottle. Pours dark brown with thin off white head. Lifted res wine aromas with apple cider vinegar. Palate has lovely funk, oak, vinegar and blackberry jam. Great beer!

UPDATED: AUG 30, 2019 Drukket på Lillehøgda. Åpnet med et lite smell. Så vidt gjennomskinnelig ultramørkebrun. Filmskum. Aroma av bær. Minnet mest om rips. Smaken syrlig. Fortsatt preg av skogens bær. Hint av kirsebær i ettersmaken.
