Pressed 2019

This is a blend of Perry pear varieties originating from both England and Wales. Berllanderi Red and Berrlanderi Green. Berllanderi translates to Orchard in English. The pears were harvested by a friend in Kington, Herefordshire. The juice from these pears was blended with juice from the Gin pear and Winnals Longdon both harvested from an orchard on the outskirts of Ludlow, Shropshire. Fermented wild yeast and finished in bottle for a natural sparkle with medium dry residual sweetness.
