tfontana (3801) - Fremont, New Hampshire, USA - SEP 21, 2021UPDATED: SEP 21, 2021 Can (looks like 5/21/21) pour. It's an opaque light brown with no sparkle, finger-width off-white fluffy foam head with fair retention and nice soapy lacing. Aroma is strong sweet grapefruit and citrus. Taste is strong sweet grapefruit and late light bread offset. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste with mild lingering bitterness. Overall, good straightforward grapefruit Mosaic and decent strength for 4 months old.
hopdog (19493) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 8, 2018UPDATED: DEC 8, 2018 On tap at Capone's. Poured a cloudy golden color with a small sized head. Lots of citrus with some fruits.
ClarkVV (9063) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - OCT 10, 2018Draught at Beat Brew Hall, 9/20/18.
Lighter-hued chicken soup. Thick, well-retained, white head. Oddly strange retention.
Wow....this brewery. Mango, lemon, pineapple, earth, cracker, graham cracker. All the proportions are just about perfect, with plentiful juice, malt, yeast and no alcohol and especially no scallion. Yep, it's the really good Mosaic which is so very rare these days. But an incredible gem when you get it.
In the mouth...Oh hell yes! Juicy watermelon, cracker, earthy yeast, soft, tight carbonation, low but appropriate bitterness and no resin, scallion or alcohol. Mango, pineapple and meyer lemon are juicy as all hell and exquisitely flavorful. Great, supple texture and perfect attenuation. That's a big 2 out of 2 for near-perfect NE IPAs from these guys. This one being slightly less enjoyable for me due only to the fact that Mosaic<Galaxy. Love the house character on these beers too. There's an earthy, dusty, lightly plaster-like character to the yeast or water.

jb (4388) - Rochester, New York, USA - OCT 30, 2016Very good served in place of kicked aroogah from grimm so this made it a bit of an ugly stepchild though. Bright and fresh, with bursting grapefruit notes, and taste was predominately citrus. The freshness is what separated this and made it quite enjoyable.
spokeydonkey (107) - Albany, New York, USA - OCT 15, 2016Growler fill. Hazy light copper with thin white head. Sweet orange and tangerine aroma. Sip starts off with tangerine and a hint of stone fruit. Finished with lingering phoney bitterness. Very smooth round mouthfeel but finished crisp and dry.. Very drinkable.

ByTheirLimpin (321) - New York, USA - JUL 29, 2016On tap at Blue Tusk in Syracuse. Clear orange with a fine bubbled off white head. The nose is big heavy grapefruit tangerine and I couldn’t escape it walking back to my table. The palate is unreal, big juicy fruity follows right to the nose. Mouth feel is round full and sweet. Incredibly good.
