Singularity (7540) - Out there, ICELAND - DEC 28, 2021UPDATED: DEC 28, 2021 330 ml bottle at M. Dark nut brown with thin beige head. Low carbo. Subtle and complex notes of dried fruit, interweaved acidities, toasted malts and earthy notes in the nose. Flavor is very acidic, high acetic that sadly covers many of the less intense notes.

Svesse (12015) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - MAY 29, 2019UPDATED: APR 29, 2020 (Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 6 Oct 2018) Dark brown colour with brief foamy head. Malty, sourish nose with notes of caramel, black-currant, balsamic vinegar and dark fruit. Malty, tart taste with caramel, oak wood, vinegar, black-currant and a dry and tart finish. Medium body, quite dry. Harsh and tart, but tasty and well made. Nice one. (7/4/7/3/14 = 3.5) Rerate: (Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 6 Dec 2017) Dark brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, sourish nose with notes of caramel, roasted malt and vinegar. Malty, tart taste with caramel, tart berries, roasted malt, balsamic vinegar, plums and a tart and dry finish. Medium body, quite dry. Really tasty, with a fresh acidity. Very nice.

Amber with a small head. Nicely tart with oak, hay, fruit and some wine. The body was medium. Refreshing and nicely drinkable.
omhper (33492) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - OCT 4, 2018Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Clear mahogany colour, small head. Oaky tart nose with red wine. Mildly acetic with medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Lemon, oak, grass and red wine. Mild bitter finish. Complex, lovely, awesome!
