Tiny fizzy shortlasting head, hazy light yellow-ish color. Aroma is slightly dry funky fruity, oak, mild vinegar, thinner, hay, sorrel, apple peel, brett, unripe apples, minerals, flowers. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple peel, hay, sorrel, minerals, mild vinegar, grass, paper, fruit stones, flowers, unripe apples. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Fair enough.

UPDATED: FEB 9, 2021 330 ml bottle, vintage 2019, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. Made of the residue after the must (apples and plums) for Solhøi's better ciders has been pressed. Water and sugar have been added. Spontaneously fermented. ABV is 5%. Very pale straw colour, only the slightest haziness, no head, hardly any carbonation. Aroma of apples and yeast, a hint of plums. Dry flavour, notes of sour apples, hints of yeast and mould. Won't buy again.

UPDATED: JAN 20, 2021 Solsletta 111220. Golden-orange color with no head. Aroma is sourness, apple. Flavor is apple, funk, sourness, grass. Ordinary beer.

UPDATED: DEC 11, 2020 Bottle. It's an unclear pale orange-colored one, with a small white head. The aroma has notes of vinegar along with funk and apple and a touch of rubber. It's medium bodied and smooth on the palate, with a tart vinegar flavor. Apple, funk, grass, cellar and apple jam. Long finish. Too tart and vinegary for me this one, but interesting. 201211
