COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This pilsner is a praise to Sori Brewing's iconic brewing duo, Tim & Rob. Crispy, slightly hoppy and maximal drinkability. A beer that brewers would drink themselves! All day, every day. A beer style that can't hide any flaws and shows the fine craftmanship of these talented brewers.

mile (4832) - Helsinki, FINLAND - DEC 29, 2021
UPDATED: DEC 29, 2021 Can. Light golden, hazy, large and mostly lasting head. Moderate, malty - light wheat and dryish/lightly sweetish aroma, light/some fruitiness, light/some citrus/herbal hoppyness. Body is medium, malty - light/some wheat and lightly sweetish flavor, light - some fruitiness, light herbal hoppyness. Finish is average, malty - light/some wheat and dryish/lightly sweetish, faint fruitiness, light herbal hoppyness. Pils with wheat - wheat takes the edge off 30IBU. Nice head but otherwise nothing special.

UPDATED: NOV 16, 2021 Tap at Billie's.

UPDATED: NOV 14, 2021 Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2021. A clear yellow golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of grassy and spicy hops. Taste of citrusy hops, flowers, hay, spices.

UPDATED: FEB 5, 2021 Can 440ml (Beergium, BB 09/2021)
Golden colour, medium-sized white head. No gushing. Lagerish grainy, hints of fruits, malt aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Suprisingly sweet fruity mandarin flavour in the front, must have some American style hops in it, odd vibe, then some grain leading to easy finish. More modern than traditional.

UPDATED: DEC 24, 2020 440ml can (Pudel, Tallinn) first batch #475 (4+:2:4+:2:9=2.1+) Gusher, lost a bit to the sink, punishing looks as per. Hazy straw, large icecream float head, good retention. but settles to moldy splats. Sourish lagery aroma. Light palate, carbonation a bit high. Similar sour taste, perhaps more so, but there is a nice bready grainy lager base behind that. Gentle herbal grassy hayey bitterness. Quite gassy, I needed to swirl a lot of fizz out of it. Shame about the sourness. It could have been a good authentic German pilsner had it not have turned. Apparently another batch is being made which should be better. Hmmm, apparently that never appeared. Lagers are hard... Rerate: 440ml can (Pudel, Tallinn) first batch #475 (5+:3:6:3:11=2.8+) Mart's can, the same day. Way less sour, and way hoppier, even to IPL levels. Burning bitter finish. However, I can't reward inconsistency by bumping its rating.

Marduk (15939) - Reval, ESTONIA - SEP 30, 2020
UPDATED: SEP 30, 2020 440ml can. Explosive drink. Foaming like hell. But surprisingly flat to drink. Acidic, unbalanced, bitter, sourish in aroma/taste.
