UPDATED: OCT 14, 2019 (Bottle) Clear amber body with a small white head. Sweet caramel and mildly spiced aroma with some grassy and citrus hops. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Roasted malt flavor with light sweetness; pine hops; fruit (pear and unripe peach); strong bitterness but well balanced. Dry finish.

UPDATED: SEP 30, 2019 12 ounce bottle at sisters. Smells florals at sweet. Copper in color. Light head. Tastes earthy and somewhat sweet. Light bodied and very drinkable. Nice fall beer. Cheers!

UPDATED: SEP 5, 2019 12 oz bottle from Wegman's, pours clear light brown. Caramel nose, dry malty grassy taste. Malt finish.

UPDATED: SEP 2, 2019 12 oz bottle. Amber pour with a short white head. Aroma is caramel, grass, tangerine, and light fruits. Flavors follow closely adding in white peaches, pine, and apple cider. Nicely balanced if a bit watery. Bitterness lingers a bit. Enjoyable.

UPDATED: DEC 10, 2019 Bottle. Copper in color with a nice three finger head. Aroma is maltly with roated grains. Taste is well balanced up front and in the middle with a malty finish.

UPDATED: MAY 28, 2019 found and sampled at random - nice take on the fall/harvest style beer - very decent overall.

UPDATED: MAR 6, 2019 Impressive seasonal. I thought this would be an Oktoberfest style, but actually seems more like an IPA...or an IPA-Oktoberfest cross. Light brown to medium orange appearance. Some decent lacing with a white head. Aroma of citrus and pine. Little bit of extra malt than the standard IPA, and they are calling this an ESB here....so the best I can describe is some sort of hybrid. Flavor leaning towards an IPA though IMO. Sampled a single first before deciding to go with a 6-pack. Something I would get again...not til next season though most likely.

12 oz. bottled 07/17/2018. 6.7% abv. Slight fog on the orange brew with a lasting meringue like head. Not much aroma, but what's there is a nice toasted grain with touches of orange, lemon and yeast. Flavors of lemon toffee, toasted walnut, mildly tart apple and earthy wood. Smooth low-medium carbonation and almost medium mouthfeel. Good but not outstanding take on the venerable style. Still a nice change of pace from most other autumn seasonals out there.

12oz bottle. Pours gold with a small white head. Aroma is caramel, bread, and a light fruitiness. Taste is caramel, nuts, bread, and some earth. Bitter. Medium body. Average carbonation. Oily mouthfeel.

Bottle from 7-11. Slightly hazy amber. Caramel malts, honey, some sweetness. Citric, bit of pine. US interpretation of ESB. Quite nice though.
