COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
IPA stands for India Pale Ale and ours is an American version of the classic style. IPA’s namesake lies in its colonial roots. British soldiers on their way to India dark a lot of beer, but found it would go stale on the long voyages. Meanwhile, brewers knew that by adding more hops, the beer would stay fresh. Voila! A new style was born and it is one we are proud to brew. Southern Tier IPA is a triple-hopped on its journey to your glass for a fully aromatic experience.

UPDATED: MAY 23, 2020 Nice hoppy aroma and taste, a lot of resin that adds bitterness to the end, not the smoothest of beers but tasty, bottle.

UPDATED: FEB 1, 2020 I had it on tap. It pours a pale amber/golden with a white head. The aroma is pine hops and citrus. The taste is hops, grapefruit, cracker, and orange. It's refreshing and drinkable. It's not anything that really stands out. It's solid though.

caribou43 (2456) - Lausanne, SWITZERLAND - SEP 6, 2019
UPDATED: SEP 6, 2019 This bottle is coming from the beer of the world, at Geneva. I have tasted and enjoying this bottle at Bonfol, in the house of Vincent, during the last winter. It is a tasteful and aromatic american IPA. As usual, you get a decent resinous bitterness, a bit soily, a bit sweet due to the hop, the malt and the alcool, dry malt. The body is brown, clear, average carbonation, thin and white foam.

Fisler (2189) - Bamberg, GERMANY - JUN 13, 2019
UPDATED: JUN 13, 2019 Optisch ordentlich, feiner Schaum, in der Nase fruchtig, im Trunk ebenso, hinten leicht malzig, ingesamt okay, nix besonderes, dafür aber billig.
