Bottle thanks to Yaniv! Deep pink pour with a small head. This just works. Playful agave and lime meets tart blueberry. Mild acetic funk. Great.

UPDATED: JUN 3, 2018 Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of sweet and tart blueberry with a light tequila and a hint of flora. Flavor has earthy blueberry and grains with s bit of tequila supporting.

Bottle. Pours a hazy ruby orange with small off white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is agave, berry, lime zest, sea salt. Thin body, strong sea salt, agave, tart, light acidity, very good.

From notes. Enjoyed at FoBAB 2017 (3rd session) in Chicago on November 11. The pour is a deep ruby purple with a thin ring of off white head and no lace as it vanishes quickly. The aroma is solid. There is a good blueberry skin up front with a citrus and liminess through the middle. The tequila barrel adds a little depth and the salt balances this out nicely. The flavor is much of the same. The tartness of the fruit is awesome. The light salt and good lime addition really work with the tequila and make this come off like a blueberry margarita. I like it quite a bit. The mouth feel is lighter and clean with a bright carbonation and a lingeringly woody and tart blueberry and a hint of salt. Not bad guys… Not bad. 8 4 8 4 16

UPDATED: NOV 25, 2017 Draft to taster at FoBAB 17 from recent notes. Pours a hazy reddish amber color with a small off white head that disappeared quickly. The aroma and flavor have mild tequila, lime citrus, berries, salt, wood, good but doesn't pop.

FoBAB 2017. Pour hazy strawberry red no head. Nose sour strawberry, light bactine, tart fruit, maybe some margarita. Taste muddied fruit, watered down, I drink a lot of tequila and like tequila, but not getting it here.

Tap. Deep purple with small head. Tart with lime and blueberry. Tequila is mild, but contributes nicely. There's a really nice journey of flavors that I get with every sip. First the tart lime, then the blueberry and then some sweet notes from the agave. Very good beer.
