UPDATED: JAN 8, 2022 12 oz. Aroma has notes of chocolate, cinnamon, peppers, wet stone, dark bread. Pours very dark brown with a one finger beige head that settles into a ring pretty quickly. Taste is moderately bittersweet with a hint of acidity, finishing dry; Mexican chocolate flavors.

UPDATED: JAN 2, 2022 Draft. Poured black color with an average frothy tan head that lasted with very good lacing. Moderate to heavy toasted dark chocolate malt aroma. Medium to abundant body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Moderate to heavy dark hot sweet flavor with a moderate to heavy dark sweet finish of medium to long duration. This beer met my expectations.

UPDATED: DEC 30, 2021 Xocoveza Tres Leches has a thin-to-medium beige head, a dark brown appearance, and minimal lacing. The aroma is of dark-roasted malt, cocoa, coffee, and assorted spices. The flavor is similar, with rather low bitterness and measured sweetness. Xocoveza Tres Leches has a somewhat thin body and a semi-dry finish. RJT

UPDATED: DEC 29, 2021 Dark brown color. Medium-sized, beige head. Chocolate, spices, and some peppers in the aroma. Taste follows. Pleasant roasted bitterness with a moderately sweet finish. Soft mouthfeel. A good one.
