From old tasting notes. Bright amber orange color. Fluffy beige head. Fresh malty nose. Zesty toasted malt flavor with hints of caramel and Raisin Bran. Crisp grassy hop finish.

DATE: October 28, 2016... OCCASION: Watching the Goonies for the first time with the kids... GLASSWARE: Orioles mug...pours a clear amber copper body that features a nice updraft of effervescence... the frothy single finger head is white and even throughout... the aroma is thick bread and caramel malts, with light herbal aromas... throaty and medium-bodied, but delightfully sessionable.. frothy on the intake... sweet, slightly nutty, and lagerish... a beer that is a great companion for Friday night bar food... versatile... I looked for this one for a while, having had it years ago, and Stoudt’s doesn’t disappoint...

Pours a clear golden yellow color. Aromas of grass, cheerios, and a touch of flowers. Flavor is kinda sweet to start, citrusy finish with some hop notes.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with small white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is fruity hop and honey. Thin mouth, sweet fruity hop, light bitterness, light finish, good.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a dark gold/amber color with a 1/2" thick head that settles to a film rather quickly, not much lacing. Aroma is kind of watery, a little bit of malt comes through, but not much. Taste is a little sweet, medium-light body. Drinkable, but I’ve had better Oktoberfests.

Drank out of a twelve ounce bottle, purchased at wegmans. Has a malty oktoberfest aroma. Decent taste and drinkability. A decent Oktoberfest!
