Marko (11972) - Prague, CZECH REPUBLIC - JAN 11, 2022UPDATED: JAN 11, 2022 Bottle from Pomalo ZG, shared with Hrabren. Dark amber body, misty, some off-white head. Aroma... dried out stone fruit going towards some vegetal notes and phenolics, papery really, some sweet caramel, dry, but... hm. Taste... smooth... woody, is this Styrian Wolf or something along the Sorachi side? Weird really. Whatever it is it ends sickly meaty-yeasty, which negates the peachy and hoppy notes. Just weird, sub par homebrew level despite showing some promise, sadly partly a drainpour. Hope it's better fresh on tap as I see it potentially getting better but... oof.
