UPDATED: AUG 22, 2021 750 ml bottle from the brewery, 8/22/21. Bottle dated 1/21. Unclear golden, mostly white head, rather foamy. Bright and a little funky. Wheat, spice, lemon, some pepper. Earth and grass. Drinks great. Tons of flavor in that Suarez oeuvre. As much as I picked up on my recent Suarez trip, I still wish I had more.

UPDATED: MAY 31, 2021 750 ml bottle shared by Robert - thanks again! Pours a cloudy yellow-gold with a finger of white head that settles into a thick ring and thinner film. Notes of grapes, pale malts, lemon, floral and grassy zest, and straw. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a bright, tart, clean mouthfeel. Really nice beer.

UPDATED: SEP 9, 2019 Tart farmhouse, lacy, on tap at the source. The tartness grew on me for good drinkability.

ctipping (3902) - Florida, USA - OCT 14, 2018
750 mL bottle. Pours a clear golden. Smells of soft oak, grain, lemon acidity, and a little bit of grape fruitiness, like a very fruity white wine. Tastes of grain throughout. Lightly tart, again with a touch of lemon and a white wine fruit flavor. Oak permeates and softens the grainy profile. Back end is mineral, almost salty at its peak. Light and crisp. Much more textured than the standard Suarez profile. Delicious.

I tried the vintage first, which was probably a mistake, cause that was godlike. This one pours clears yellow, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is hay lemon, funk, barnyard. Flavor is light tart, light plus funk. Light body. Excellent once again. These guys know what the fuck they are doing.

Pours hazy yellow with low white head. Aromas grainy and farmhouse with herbal and floral notes. Taste has subtle notes of farmhouse, funk, gooseberries, earth, citrus , over ripe fruits. Mouthfeel is semi dry, medium bodied, average carbonation and almost no bitterness
