UPDATED: OCT 3, 2019 Yep, a great one. Deep ruby crimson pour, not carbonated. Abundant aroma of tart cherry, wildflower honey and other berries. Fairly sweet but not gross, tons of cherry and honey notes. Full body.

UPDATED: MAY 22, 2019 Dark crimson pour from the bottle. Superb deep aroma of tart cherry, ligter raspberry, blueberry and blackberry...and honey, perfectly balanced. Thick feel w/o being cloying with a flavor to match the nose. Sooo good. 4.5+

Clear dark red colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy honey, berries, rich berry, cherry, blackberry, raspberry, blueberry. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, berry, blackberry, sweet berry, blueberry, cherry, honey, light tart berry. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20180511]

Kinda weird licorice cherry smell. Taste is that same weird cherry licorice mixed with their regular Marion mead. Medium to full body.

Keg at MBCC 2018 Yellow (session Juan), 11/05/18. Red with a crimson covering. Nose is big sweet berry fruits, sugars, fruit compote. Taste comprises Lockets, booze, cherry pie, sweet red berry syrup, sugars. Medium plus body, oily feel, rising boost. Decent mead.
