COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Citra, Simcoe, Cascade, and Amarillo hops, are the stars of this supercharged IPA. With a hopped-up flavor and lots of citrus zest, tropical, and pine floral notes, this defiantly delicious brew is all-American and proud of it. Its cloudy glowing orange appearance in the glass sure is pretty, too. As a 6-generation beer family, we’re revved about crafting brews that keep your taste buds firing .

Lots of lime in the West Coast IPA vibe. Pours orange amber with decent head and lacing. On tap at Jackpot watching Caps playoffs.

Bright citrus and floral notes with some background sweetness. A bit of tart citrus fruit in the finish. Medium bodied. Nice.

DATE: June 24, 2017... OCCASION: Big Bass Lake with the Morgans--can’t miss this opportunity to enjoy a NEPA beer!... GLASSWARE: Heineken pokal... pours a thick white head that tabletops with substance... near-perfect lacing... lively carbonation--a stampede of bubbles herds upward in a golden body... I like the look of this... boisterous hop impact, with resin and pine at the fore... orange lemon, fruity esters play and punch the nostrils...a promising aroma... hop-forward profile only offers a mild bitterness at its finish, with a strong, lingering, enjoyable aftertaste... slightly chewy with a thick, stout body... West Coast indeed--easy pine/resin one-two that smoothly invites a puckering finish... lemon and orange are not balanced by very light dough malts... shopping for local brews and familiar with Susquehanna, this beer took me by some surprise--they placed this style well, crafting a beer that pairs well with grill fare and sunny summer days... belying its 7% ABV well, it encourages its next sip... maybe not distinguishable from other IPAs, but that can’t be held against a solid beer...

Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a clever burnt orange to copper color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that slid off at a mellow pace. Semi-foamy white ring of lace. The aroma smelled like orange marmalade with some faint piney sweetness. Light floral bits. Light tobacco/somewhat earthiness. The flavor took those sweet and bitter hops to coincide with the malts stealthily. Aftertaste was orange marmalade. The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied. Dry tobacco to earthy finish. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt appropriate. Overall, decent AIPA at best. Maybe if handed to me, I’d give it a shot again.

Pine and apple core nose. Clear copper, medium head. Bourbon , oak. Medium body, soft carbonation. Does not drink like an IPA at all, but it’s good. I think I was served the wrong beer.

4 oz pour on draft at Spacebar. Clear golden orange with off-white head. Aromas of floral notes, malt, biscuit. Tastes of wheat, floral, biscuit, light citrus. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Undercarbonated.
