5 oz. pour, on tap at the brewery’s taproom in River Falls, Wisconsin. Consumed on 5-5-17. Clear, deep gold. Small beige head. Juicy, apple juice, white grape juice aroma. Sweet and malty but not bad taste. Dry finish. Biscuit. White bread. Juice continues in flavor. Easy to drink. Not bad at all. Sweeter than I would prefer, but not in a flawed or disastrous way. Light body. Frothy and smooth in the palate. Not the most substantial body but works fine. A perfectly adequate kolsch. Totally inoffensive and even slightly likable.
