UPDATED: DEC 1, 2021 Bottle. Golden pour. Aroma of malt, orange, ginger, yeast and pineapple. Taste has ginger, yeast esters, orange, malt, floral hops and even a little ginger spice. I quite like the ginger flavor, but the high carbonation is a bit annoying.

UPDATED: NOV 27, 2021 Fles gekregen van Roelzie thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een helder goudgeel bier met een wit schuim. Het heeft een gember achtige geur. De smaak is moutig, zoet en gember achtig.

Licht wazig geel witte schuimkraag zacht beperkt koolzuur. Meh kan veel beter. Blijft nu vooral in de nasmaak in de vlakke gember limonade smaak hangen. Sterke gember limonade geur. UPDATED: OCT 28, 2021 28-10-2021; draft; hotel De Zwaan. The looks of the beer are nice. Golden yellow and with a slight haziness. On top there is a nice frothy layer of foam. Foam retention is average. Leaves a nice drape and some lacing on the glass. Looks good. The aroma of the beer is nice. Malty aromas give some biscuit, nice and mellow. Quite a good smooth base. The hops give some nice citrus and some notes of stone fruit. A minimal pine touch is there too. The ginger is delicious. Not too strong, but a great addition to the hop aromas. The paradise seed gives a nice spicy note, yet fresh. Very nice. The taste is nice too. Sweet malts, nice acidity from hops and a nice bitterness. Very well balanced and with a lovely herbal and spicy touch. The palate is nice too. Medium body, smooth texture and medium-light carbonation. The rather low carbonation is perfect, cause the ginger gives a nice tingle. The finish is lovely. Filled with fruits, ginger, some nice hop notes. Really a lovely beer. Pleasantly surprised.

UPDATED: OCT 22, 2021 Bottle from a nightshop in Amsterdam. Clear and golden. White head. Aroma is herbal with a good amount of ginger. Taste has loads of ginger and a little bit of lemon and lime.
