UPDATED: DEC 10, 2019 500 ml. 2019 bottle. Jet with an enduring film of creamy foam. Rich aroma of molasses, cinnamon, espresso, dark chocolate, vanilla and toasted bread. Tastes of fig, cinnamon, vanilla, coffee, cocoa and dark bread. Smooth, near-medium carbonation in this heavy bodied brew. Definite pastry-style Stout, but dangerously drinkable with a dry, roasty finish.

Traded 2015 bottle. Pours dark brown with a nice brown head. Aroma is dark malt, coffee and light cinnamon spice. Flavor is more dark malt and molasses but it finishes with espresso bitterness and spice. Nice enough.

Bottle, black beer, skiff of almond colored foam. Aroma is coffee, bread dough, cinnamon and spices, hint of metal. Taste is cinnamon, bread, coffee, chocolate, vanilla. Palate is fairly rich, carbonation average.
