UPDATED: MAR 29, 2020 12 oz bottle 1/5/17 (Kroger-Aiken S.C.) Pours almost black with a small head. Aroma of peanut butter, chocolate, and roasted malt. Taste of the same. This medium bodied brew is different but still tasty.

UPDATED: JAN 22, 2020 Mild roasted aromas with peanut butter. Flavors added chocolate to the mix. Decent but not exceptional.

UPDATED: MAR 14, 2019 I skipped dessert for this one. The label sold me (plus I love chocolate/peanut-butter cups). Thought it would have more peanut in there, but very mild. Could be a good thing though as I was wondering how this would work. Still, a little deceiving though if expecting a liquid Reese's. Overall, a good porter. Well balanced for the style with a creamy texture. Something I would drink again or regularly if not so pricey.....$8 for a bomber? Come 'on man!

UPDATED: FEB 9, 2019 I just don’t taste the peanut butter like most do. I wish it had more carbonation. It has a thick flavor of chocolate and nice as a treat. The picture of it does not match the flavor.

UPDATED: DEC 2, 2018 12oz Bottle: Pours cola brown w/ a small, creamy, cocoa head, a quick swirl livens things up a bit, but lacing is spotty at best. Aroma is very nice for a peanut butter addict...that's me, I love peanut butter and the aroma is fantastic. First sip feels a bit thin on the palate. Flavor holds that lovely peanut butter, some roasted malt, a touch of sweet chocolate and a little kick of bitterness. Kind of one dimensional in that the aroma is great and then it falls off from there. Pretty good, but not great.

Old notes- bottle or draft? Deep brown-black body, thin tan head. Nose mostly chalky peanut butter and cocoa. Medium-bodied, peanuty, roasty. Pleasant.

peanut M&M flavorings up the wazoo but it's what you should expect with such qualifiers before "porter," for that the mf is adequately creamy, just a tad sticky, something is missing in the core beyond the aromatics tho
