COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Spontaneous ale brewed with resin-rich fir cones from the top of the tree canopy. I thank the squirrel that showed up on brew day to get these down for me! The fir cones resided in hot wort overnight in the coolship.

UPDATED: JAN 8, 2022 750ml bottle. Intensely sour, funky and tart with some honey, fir notes, spruces, earthiness and woody oakiness. Interesting.
