UPDATED: FEB 23, 2020 Keg at The Brewhouse, Santa Barbara, CA on 08/05/2008. Oh, maybe this was the spot I wasn’t so keen on... hard to recall exactly! This was a so-so pale, by no means bad, just not very exciting.

UPDATED: JAN 1, 2019 On tap at Brewhouse. Nirvana is playing at the restaurant by amazing coincidence. Light fruity aroma. Dry plain taste. Very bitter finish.

On tap at the brewery. Light amber color. Mild aroma. No bitterness. Medium body. Not much flavor. Low carbonation. Meh.

(En fût à la brasserie): Caramel franc mais sec, touche d’érable boisée qui préparent l’arrivée des agrumes. L’eau de base semble dure, buvabilité incorrigible.

Aroma is straight c-hop, lots of citrus and pine. On tap at Brewhouse in SB. Overall okay pale.

The pour is a clear orange pour with a white head. A sweet malt aroma of bread and biscuit. Some mild citrus, floral, and grassy hops. A hint of peach on the finish. The flavor is quite sweet for an American pale. Mostly bread and biscuit malt with some soft floral hop flavors and a bit of orange peel. Light grass notes and very mild bitterness.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy aroma. Fruity malty hoppy citrus flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy finish.

On draught at brewpub. No head, dense dark amber cllor. Medijm body. Solid hop flavor and d bitterness matched to malty flavor. Reasonable pale ale.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is roasted caramelish malty. Light fruity. Roasted caramelish and mild butterish. Smooth malty flavoured into a medium dry finish.
