Draft. Half hazy copper body with big off white head. The aroma has basil. The taste is sour like a proper saison with some lemongrass and a grapefruit finish.

Bottle. Clear light amber pour with a billowy off white head that gradually settles to a nice thin pillow top. Some dry basil up front with a bit of white pepper, light coriander, moderate carbonation and mild body, slightly bitter and a very mild funk, decent.
