UPDATED: APR 7, 2021 Can pours a golden color with a big thick white head that lingers leaving nice rings of lace on glass. Aromas of citrus/ tropical fruits, spice, flowers, earth, a whiff of alcohol and pine forests. Tastes of grapefruit, lemon, orange, resin, pepper and sweet biscuits. Medium body, nice carbonation, soft mouthfeel and a mildly bitter finish. Well I did not know this was a double until it was almost gone. Super fresh hop taste, nicely balanced malt backbone, makes this beer superb! I wish I had another! Thanks Mr. Avery!

UPDATED: SEP 17, 2020 Can 473ml at home. From Beer Republic. Pours clear golden with white head. Flavor has malts, citrus, orange zest, grapefruit, pine. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, bitter fruity finish.

UPDATED: AUG 25, 2020 Lots of Orange peel and a good dose of booze. Golden orange pour with decent head. Bitter end. Some resin. Tap at Confessional.

UPDATED: JUN 9, 2020 Golden orange pour with off white head. Dank and sticky as advertised, but I do feel like when this series first came out, things were more pronounced. This would be world class if it was ever so slightly more hop focused and less malty. Still quite good.

UPDATED: JUN 1, 2020 What a treat. Picked up four pint cans at Five O’ Clock in Mullica Hill, NJ. Beer manager, Alex, continues to stock great beers. Poured a golden hue with a thin head. Foam is a hop explosion of citrus and tropical scents. Tastes vary from tropical fruits and dank, resin deliciousness.Superior brewing to cloak the DIPA 8.5% ABV. Super mellow and smooth. Masterfully done. Double cheers!

UPDATED: MAY 16, 2020 Gotta admit I'm a little underwhelmed. I expected it to smell like Snoop Dogg's grow room, and instead it smelled like malt. The mouthfeel is good -- not overly bitter, some floral notes.

UPDATED: MAY 2, 2020 Can. Pine and resin mostly, wunderbaum-like, light herbal notes, faint citrus, underlined sweetness, strong bitterness. Simple and straight beer, very tasty.
