UPDATED: DEC 30, 2021 Bottle from Beer and Beyond, Wimbledon. Bottled July 2020; BB July 2022; Drank Dec 2021 - 4.6% ABV - Clear pale yellow. Small white head. Tangy citrus fruity, lemon. Yeasty, funk. Good hop bitterness, citrus, floral. Wheaty malts, woody. Fairly dry. Bittersweet tangy lemon citrus yeasty with citrusy floral hops. Very drinkable. Enjoyed this. Nice one. (2021-12)

UPDATED: DEC 14, 2021 Fad orange klar øl med lille skumhoved. Frugtet duft med let gartners. Smagen er meget sød med oarfumeret frugt. Lidt for meget for min smag.

UPDATED: OCT 31, 2021 220ml draught at Hop House. Listed on the borad with 4.7 % abv. Covering white head, next-to-clear pale golden body, scattered lacing. Moderate citrus nose, brett scent to it. Farmyard and lemony tartness to the taste profile. Mid-tart lemon peels to the ending. Refreshing and quite alright. (Amager Crawl with Skinnyviking, Copenhagen 20.10.2021).

UPDATED: OCT 24, 2021 Low but lasting luffy white head. Hazy yellow body. Dusty sweet apple pear aroma and flavor with an acidic white wine note. Fair amount o hops bitterness, high carbonation, long acidic finish.

UPDATED: APR 1, 2021 330ml bottle, 4.6% - Pours a hazy yellow colour with a small near white head that settled. The aroma is light funk, yeasty, lemony, light sour notes. A light sweet taste, light wheat, light sour, lemony and yeasty flavours, subtle saison funk and a moderately sweet lingering citrusy bitter finish.

UPDATED: DEC 6, 2020 330ml (4.6%; batch no. 1586) shared with Stuartyboy at home on 5 Dec 2020, purchased on 19 Oct 2020 (bb 22 Jul 2022): yeasty, barnyard, citrus aroma, pale golden with a marginal haze, thin white head, negligible lacing, sour yeasty, citrus flavour, moderate fizz, dry finish.

UPDATED: OCT 29, 2020 Pale yellow, white head, visible carbonation. Aroma is a bit brett but with citrus fruit. Lemon apparent throughout the taste but with that farmyard stuff as well. Decent.

UPDATED: OCT 14, 2020 Tap (TCBW2019, Tallinn) (6:4:6:4:13=3.3) Rich gold, small head. Tangy aroma and taste, just a small hint of sourness. Quite lemony, but as much the citra hop as the acid. I like this, very interesting, as a saison should be.

UPDATED: APR 11, 2020 Bottle (33 cl) from Systembolaget. Shady golden. Intense fruity aroma; citrus and tropical fruit. Dry, medium acidity. More like a dry hopped kettle sour than a saison.

UPDATED: MAR 12, 2020 Bottle from Lupe Pintos. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of salted lemon, bay leaf and grass. Flavour of tart lemon and oak. Thin to medium body with a slick texture. Light fizz. Fresh and complex. Delicious.
