Fairly dry. Bittersweet tangy lemon citrus yeasty with citrusy floral hops. Very drinkable. Enjoyed this. Nice one. (2021-12)

Covering white head, next-to-clear pale golden body, scattered lacing. Moderate citrus nose, brett scent to it. Farmyard and lemony tartness to the taste profile. Mid-tart lemon peels to the ending. The aroma is light funk, yeasty, lemony, light sour notes. A light sweet taste, light wheat, light sour, lemony and yeasty flavours, subtle saison funk and a moderately sweet lingering citrusy bitter finish.

Rich gold, small head. Tangy aroma and taste, just a small hint of sourness. Quite lemony, but as much the citra hop as the acid. I like this, very interesting, as a saison should be.
